ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis)
The ECBA® (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) is a globally recognized entry-level certification offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). It validates foundational Business Analysis knowledge and core practices based on the BABOK Guide, with no prior work experience required.
ECBA® helps aspiring professionals understand how business needs are analyzed and converted into effective solutions, while building practical skills in requirements analysis, stakeholder communication, and structured problem-solving—making it a clear, credible starting point for a Business Analysis career.
CSM (Certified ScrumMaster®)
The CSM® (Certified ScrumMaster®) is a globally recognized, entry-level Scrum certification offered by the Scrum Alliance. It validates a professional’s understanding of Scrum fundamentals, including roles, events, artifacts, and Agile principles, and focuses on how Scrum is applied in real project environments.
CSM® prepares professionals to act as effective servant leaders who support teams, remove impediments, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement. Capstone Projects
